Size	Wrist Circumference (cm)
XS/S	15 - 18
M	18 - 20
XL/L	20 - 22

To measure your wrist circumference, use a flexible measuring tape or a piece of string and a ruler. Wrap the measuring tape or string around the widest part of your wrist, just below the wrist bone. Make sure it's not too tight or too loose.
